Submission Instructions
- English is the official language; manuscripts must be written in English only.
- A full paper is required for publication consideration.
- Full paper length limit: maximum 6 pages, including figures and references. Regular registration covers a paper of up to 5 pages; an additional page is charged according to the registration fee schedule.
- An abstract may be submitted for presentation purposes only.
- Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work (oral or poster).

Online Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the AIEI EasyChair conference management system.
EasyChair Submission Steps
- Create or log in to your EasyChair account.
- Select AIEI 2027 from your conference list.
- Enter paper metadata (title, abstract and authors).
- Upload your full paper PDF prepared according to the conference format.
- Review the information and confirm your submission.
Publication
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee based on relevance to the conference themes, originality, technical quality and clarity. Accepted papers require satisfactory revision, registration and presentation to enter the conference publication process.
