Guidelines for Using Generative AI Tools
Generative AI tools may assist academic writing, but authors remain fully responsible for all manuscript content.
Permitted support
- Grammar, spelling and formatting assistance.
- Language improvement followed by careful human review.
- Transparent analytical assistance where scientifically justified.
Author responsibilities
- Verify text, references, data and figures.
- Disclose relevant use in the methodology or acknowledgements.
- Do not fabricate or manipulate data or results.
- Do not list AI systems as authors.
Visa Information
Visa policies may change. Participants must verify current requirements with the official Vietnam e-Visa portal or the nearest Vietnamese embassy or consulate before travelling.
- Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned entry date.
- Apply sufficiently early; two to four weeks in advance is recommended for planning.
- Contact the conference secretariat if you require an invitation letter after acceptance and registration.
Invitation letters
Invitation letters are issued for accepted and appropriately registered participants. They do not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or financial support.
Accessibility and special requirements
Participants requiring accessibility support or dietary accommodations should contact the organizing committee as early as possible.
